2023 has been a year of constant and smooth adaptation to new rules of living while revising the old ones

The attitude towards money, work, health, mental health, family … they all went on revision, building up a new man, more adapted, more resilient and, why not, more positive overall

2023 is the year of getting back to normal

People often say 2023 was a year when they really went out of the cocoon they build during the last years of pandemic and war, following a smooth transition from anxiety to care free living

Nevertheless, the majority admits their life views have changed consistently following these experiences and now they really build a new life, on different or revised rules

The benefit of a “chameleonic” culture

At the end of 2023 we see people relating less to the trauma caused by the instability of the last three years (pandemic, war, inflation), but rather positively surprised of how resourceful they are and how they can resist anything if locus of control is within their hearts and soul. Moreover, the well know adaptability of Romanians had once again proved its magic, helping people gain strength and courage even if the external circumstances were harsh. “The chameleon” inus made its job, fulfilled its role  

2024 comes with two new trends and others redefined  

Permachange

Reflects the new way of relating to life in general as completely unpredictable and prone to change, thus asking people to access their adaptability button or find ways to resist whenever life takes a new turn. The anchor placed in present day is oneway of coping with permachange. Investing in the health and strength of your family is another. Saving money instead of spending is seen as another tool of living permachange times. Stay open and invest in continuous learning so as to increase your adaptability is an additional anchor.

Spirituality anchor

Deserves a separate territory per se, as it comes strong and still emerging. In times of uncertainty, people focus on finding the right anchors for them, something that could calm the internal hassle. Spirituality pushes people to evolve and look for answers beyond tangible world, into the mental or spiritual field. Religion, rituals, meditation, they all encourage and help people access their inner world with the scope of stabilising the individual in search for personal truths and certainty. Finding their authentic self builds resilience and positivity towards whatever there is to come.

“2024 Manifest what you are” Hunters report comes with other changes as well:
